Steve is an experienced and well-known home inspector after serving two terms on the Washington State Home Inspector Licensing Advisory Board and working as lead instructor of home inspection at Bellingham Technical College. His work includes teaching inspection courses for Washington State University and the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
